If you need financing, figuring out how much you can afford or want to spend will depend on your employment, savings and credit score. I’ll connect you with a highly recommended loan officer to guide you through this process.
Seattle has so much to offer. Each neighborhood has a different vibe. You should attend open houses in areas you like until you find your vibe. Once you find one you like, I’ll set up private tours based your criteria.
Once you’ve found your vibe and that perfect home we will strategize and write a winning offer. There are a handfull of variables that go into writing a successful offer and I will explain each one to you in person or via zoom.
Your offer has been accepted! At this point your in mutual and an escrow account is opened to secure your earnest money. We’ll set up a home inspection and select a home insurance.
A few days before the cosing date, you’ll meet with escrow to sign documents to transfer the property in your name and secure a mortgage. Shorly after, once the transaction is recorded and seller has their funds, you’ll get keys!
